 Executive Staff

	Harvard Reynolds — Founder/Principal Harvard established LifeGuard Medical Solutions following the 1999 death of his father — the victim of a sudden cardiac arrest in his home — and his subsequent position as a Committee Member for the American Heart Association’s “Public Access Defibrillation” Program. Appreciating the need for a company dedicated to raising the public awareness of heart-safety initiatives designed “To Help Save Lives”, Harvard soon formed LifeGuard Medical Solutions with his Co-Principal, Chet Frist.
	Chet Frist — Founder/Principal Having been raised in a family of physicians and health-care providers, Chet realized the importance of providing reliable emergency equipment along with quality emergency care. After stepping-down from a Cabinet Position within the Tennessee State Government, Chet soon partnered with Harvard Reynolds to create a company focused upon implementing and managing quality and affordable AED Programs throughout the entire country.
	Dr. John C. Frist — Medical Director Dr. Frist is a highly respected Surgeon and a Member of the American Medical Association whose background includes decades of educational and professional experience in the medical field.  As a past President of the Medical Staff and Chief-of-Staff at Centennial Medical Center, as well as the Chief-of-Surgery at Park View Medical Center, Dr. Frist is professionally and expertly qualified to serve as the Medical Director for our clients' specific AED Programs.
	Taryn Gill — Director of Training A Registered Paramedic and native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Taryn is on the Regional Faculty of the American Heart Association and is a Certified Instructor-Trainer. With her professional Paramedic and EMS backgrounds, Taryn understands that a successful AED Program is the result of proper implementation, management and training.  Taryn's main role within our organization is to oversee our national network of AHA-Certified Instructors, as well as to schedule the onsite life-support training classes for our clients throughout the country.
