We will make a full refund if any item received from us (1) is not the item ordered, (2) is not in proper working condition, or (3) does not equal the specifications detailed on our website. If there is a problem with any item purchased from us, the customer must contact us within 10 business days after receipt of item on our toll-free phone at (866) 932-2331. In these cases, we will issue the customer a free UPS Return Label via email, as the customer will not be responsible for any return postage for any item returned which meet any of the three (3) conditions stated previously.

For all other returns, such as if a customer decides he/she does not want the item and/or he/she ordered the wrong item, the customer may be responsible for return postage and a re-stocking fee (up to 100% of the published price of the item, if item is damaged, opened from its original packaging or for any reason cannot be re-sold in brand-new condition).
